Oh easy, right click on the link and choose “Save as” or it’s equivalent in your browser if you’re not using Internet Explorer.
Send it to your phone (e.g.: Bluetooth or a cable connection), then go to where you set profiles for your phone, select the profile you want this to be on and set it either as your call tone or your text tone.
